Deleting your data

If you signed in to monterent.ro with Google or Facebook, they only send us your name and email address. You can ask us to delete your account and the related data at any time.

1. Email rezervari@monterent.ro with the subject "Data deletion" from the address you use for your account.
2. Tell us whether you want the whole account deleted or only the Google/Facebook sign-in disconnected.
3. We confirm the deletion by email within 30 days.

Also remove the app's access

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Monte Rent → Remove.
• Google: myaccount.google.com/connections → Monte Rent → Delete all connections.

What we can't delete right away

Contracts and invoices for completed bookings must be kept for 10 years under Romanian Accounting Law 82/1991. We keep them for that legal obligation only and use them for nothing else.
